Account Type: IMAP
Incoming Server: m.net10.net
SSL: Enabled
Incoming Port: 993
Username: Your full email address

Outgoing Server Settings

Outgoing Server: m.net10.net
SSL: Enabled
Outgoing Port: 465
Username: Your full email address

These settings are for adding a new account to Outlook. If you need to update the settings for your existing account, please refer to the settings update page.

  1. Open Outlook. If this is the first time you are running Outlook (such as on a new computer), you will be presented with a dialog like the one below prompting for your email address.  (If this is not the first time you are setting up Outlook on this computer, click on File and then click on the Add Account button.)
  2. Enter your full email address in the Email address box.  Click on Advanced options and check the box next to Let me set up my account manually.
  3. Click Connect.
    Enter your email address, select advanced options, check Let me set up my account manually, then click Connect
  4. Click on IMAP.

  5. The IMAP Account Settings window will appear.
  6. Under Incoming mail, enter m.net10.net in the Server box.  Select SSL/TLS from the Encryption method dropdown, and then change the Port number to 993.

  7. Under Outgoing mail, enter m.net10.net in the Server box.  Select SSL/TLS from the Encryption method dropdown, and then change the port number to 465.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Enter your password in the Password box, and then click Connect.

  10. On the next screen, uncheck the Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too box and then click Done.
